The family is one of the best ways to treat your child. When he or she is not in a therapy session or the like, his/her involvement in the family can continue your work towards the goal that you are trying hard to achieve: your child's recovery. One reason for this is because children have more time with their parents than they do with the therapist. Another reason is because it is the responsibility of the parents to ensure their child recovers. Actually, it is good for the parents too because it reveals different ways to achieve recovery that they had not known before, and they are confident that they know what they're doing. And last but not least, it allows the family to act normally and not worry about autism.
