    Having your autistic child seen by a therapist can help the child, but for some families it isn't very affordable. You've probably clicked on ads that claim to be providing a free grant for autism treatment, only to find the Website to be a scam. But there are some legitimate ones out there. For example, a United States civilian family may be eligible for a government grant of up to $1,500. This grant is only to be used for the treatment of the child, and it isn't sent to the family.
    Families may also obtain a grant from Act Today For Autism, Autism Family Resources (maximum of $500), and the United Healthcare Children's Foundation.
